The Board of Directors are responsible for the strategic direction of the organisation and its governance. The Board brings a diverse and extensive set of skills, knowledge and experiences to the organisation. All directors are also major shareholders of the company.
Bronwyn has 20+ years Board leadership and executive management experience in international resources investment, including significant experience in China gained through involvement across a range of industries. Bronwyn holds Board roles with three ASX-listed companies, is a Director of Perth Racing, an Advisory Council Member for Curtin University School of Business and a Council Member for the Association of Mining and Exploration Companies (AMEC). Bronwyn has a Bachelor of Arts and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).
Paul has over 28+ years executive and project management experience in international business delivering major capital projects in the UK, Germany, Denmark, Dubai and Australia. Paul is currently a Fellow of both the Australian Institute of Management and the Australian Institute of Project Management. Paul is currently Regional General Manager with an ASX listed real estate developer where he is overseeing a portfolio of projects with a GRV of over $6 billion. Paul is also a Director and Board member of the WA State Government’s Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority.
Darren is an experienced Director and strategic advisor across a range of industries. He chairs the Boards of two ASX-listed companies, chairs a significant Review Panel for the WA State Government, and holds a range of other Board and strategic advisory engagements. Darren has a Bachelor of Business, a Masters of Applied Finance, and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).

Camille has 15+ years international co-production and creative content delivery experience, as writer, producer and director operating in both China and Australia. Camille has sophisticated knowledge of Asian markets, including Asian cultural values and mindsets. Her award-winning debut feature film Little Sparrows (2010) was described as “nuanced and heartrending”, “intelligently conceived” and “brilliantly written."
