DR GEOFF RABY AO JOINED THE LEGEND BOARD

It gives us great pleasure to announce that Legend Media Group has appointed Dr Geoff Raby AO to the Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director (NED). Geoff brings an impeccable track record to the Board of Legend, having been Australia’s Ambassador to China between 2007 and 2011. Prior to this he held a number of roles within the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and was also previously on the Board of Fortescue Metals Group (2011 -2017).
With a deep understanding of the cultural and economic landscape in China, and a strong, personal interest in the arts, Geoff is well placed to understand the opportunities and challenges of the Legend business.
Geoff’s other current roles include Chairman and Founder of Geoff Raby and Associates, a Beijing-based corporate advisory firm providing strategic advice and analysis on China.

我们非常高兴地宣布，澳大利亚著名的经济学家和外交官芮捷锐博士（Geoff Raby AO）于2020年3月1日起成为传奇影视媒体集团控股董事会的独立非执行董事（NED）。芮捷锐博士的加入为传奇影视董事会的构成提升了一个全新的高度，他曾在2007年至2011年期间担任澳大利亚驻华大使，是中澳建交45年来任期最长的驻华大使。在此之前，芮捷锐博士曾在澳大利亚外交贸易部担任多个职位。曾在2011年至2017年担任全球第四大铁矿福特斯克金属集团 （FMG）独立董事。芮博士对中国的文化和经济形势有着深刻的理解，对艺术有着强烈的个人兴趣，他将为传奇影视面对的机遇和挑战提供非常有价值的见解。我们期待芮博士在传奇的业务中提供积极和有趣的建议，并将他的上任视为对传奇影视集团业务发展的强有力的支持。
目前，芮博士还担任其他职务，包括咨询企业芮捷锐及顾问有限公司的董事长兼联合创始人。这家总部位于北京的企业咨询公司提供有关中国的战略建议和分析。
"Beijing Film festival spotlight"

Legend Media Group attended the 2019 Beijing International Film Festival and formally signed the partnership agreement with Chinese co-production partner Truly Sense (Beijing) Media Consulting Pty Ltd to produce two official co-production films at the contract signing ceremony. Getting to this point has been an amazing journey and it is a huge step forward for Legend.

The purpose of the delegation was to further develop strategic relationships with government, Legend Media Group and industry, showcase WA as a prime location for business enterprises and conduct
project-specific location scouting.
